Developed for self-defense, the training is also an excellent form of exercise as it improves the individual both physically and mentally by strengthening one’s willpower, personal character and emotional discipline. The class will start with Yang-style taijiquan and qigong as the springboard to progress to other forms of martial arts, including unarmed combat, self-defense and the use of Chinese Martial Arts weapons.
