Aqua Biking

Get out of the studio and into the water for an invigorating, high-energy workout! Water provides natural resistance and buoyancy which reduces the impact on your knees and joints, making this activity safe for all ages and fitness levels. Burn up to 600 calories per session through spinning and a combination of arm and ab exercises, aimed at helping to improve core strength, posture and overall muscular fitness. Things to Note
  • There will be additional charges if there are 5 weeks / lessons in a month
  • Members who wish to discontinue their lessons must inform the Sports & Recreation Department in writing, giving one month’s advanced notice
  • In case of dangerous weather conditions (lightning, thunder) the session will stop. If this happens during the first 20 min of the lesson, each participant will get a replacement session. If dangerous weather conditions occur after 20 min, we will consider the session as utilised
  • Charges are subject to GST
