Hate working out because you detest getting all hot and sticky? No sweat! Work out in the water with Pamela, who will impart you the benefits of aquatic exercise and therapy. With a “wet belt” that serves to keep you afloat while you run, walk, twist or bend in the water, this unique training technique allows your body to exercise in a zero-impact environment.

Suitable for people of all fitness levels, Cool Water Workout is the cool way to keep fit!

Class Details

Instructor : Ms Pamela Sahai
Every Monday (8.30 am – 9.30 am)
Every Tuesday (8.00 pm – 9.00 pm)
Every Thursday (8.30 am – 9.30 am)
Every Thursday (7.30 pm – 8.30 pm)

Venue:
Swimming Pool

Monthly Charge:
$33 per member/month (Once a week)
$60.50 per member/month (Twice a week)

Guest Charges:
Additional $10 per month will be imposed for guest

Cost of "Wet Belt":
$78 (one time purchase)

Eligibility:
Male and female (16 year and above)

All Charges are subject to prevailing GST rate
Members who wish to discontinue their lessons, must inform the Sports & Recreation Department in writing, giving one month advance notice.

Note:
• First-time participants must commit for a minimum of 2 months
• Personal “Wet Belt” must be purchased.
• Each member is restricted to bring a maximum of 2 guests
