Qigong

“Wild Goose” Qigong & Chen / Soon Styles Taijiquan

Chinese qigong masters marvelled at the graceful and liberating movements of wild geese in flight and incorporated their flowing gestures in “Wild Goose” Qigong – a form of relaxation exercise that improves the health and general well-being of learners when practised on a regular basis. “Wild Goose” Qigong enables you to relax and strengthen your body, ease your mind and improve your concentration.

Chen / Soon Styles Taijiquan emphasises the flexibility of movement. Every motion is based on a spiral action and every slight move leads to the functioning of the whole body movement. Though emphasis is placed on gentle, even and flexible exercise, which establishes the foundation of the development into learning the more advanced feats of explosive power.
