Application Supplementary Membership
Important Notes
- Supplementary Membership is only for Ordinary Members’ children above the age of 21 and below the age of 26.
- Supplementary Member must be unmarried.
- Minimum Subscription period is 6 months.
- There is a monthly subscription fee of $98.10 w/GST.
- There is a one-time administration fee of $54.50 w/GST – waived for those who apply within 3 months of child turning 21 years old.
- All expenses incurred by the child will be billed to the Principal Member’s account.
- Termination of Supplementary Membership must be on prescribed termination form and upon return of Supplementary Membership card.
- Supplementary Membership will automatically expire once the child reaches 26 years old and the Supplementary Membership card must be returned to the Club.
- The Principal Member shall accept the terms & conditions as set out in this form and as perscribed in the Club’s Constitution and Bye-Laws.
