Operating hours
Sunday – Thursday & Public Holiday: 5pm – 12am
Friday, Saturday & Eve of Public Holiday: 5pm – 1am
Last order: 30 min before closing

Dress code
Men: Shorts, bermudas, jeans, collarless t-shirts with sleeves, sandals or closed toe shoes
Women: Blouses, t-shirts, shorts, bermudas, jeans, sandals or closed toe shoes

Admission
– Karaoke Hall/Dance & Music Lounge: 18 years and above
– KTV Rooms: No age restrictions

General Guidelines
– Up to 10pax allowed per KTV room.
– Reservation of tables is not allowed in Club Twenty-Two and Karaoke Hall.
– Table allocation will be on a first-come-first served basis.

Karaoke Hall Guidelines

A) First Drink Charge

Member Entry Fee:
– $9 (Monday – Thursday & Sunday)
– Inclusive of 1 standard drink (half pint of Sapporo or Carlsberg beer or soft drink)

– $12 (Friday & Saturday)
– Inclusive of 1 standard drink (half pint of Sapporo or Carlsberg beer or 1 glass of house white or red or soft drink)

Guest Entry Fee:
– $18
– Inclusive of 1 standard drink (half pint of Sapporo or Carlsberg beer or 1 glass of house white or red or soft drink)

Waiver of Cover Charge for the following purchase (for members only): –
– 1 bottle wine: one waiver on day of purchase
– 1 bottle liquor/spirit: one waiver for a period of one month from date of purchase

B) Karaoke Song Request

– GRO will create a song table on the KOD for members to select their songs on a first-come-first served basis.
– Members are to identify themselves to GRO with their membership card prior to making song request(s).
– An account on the KOD system will be created for each member of the group or table for them to make their song request.
– Songs should be selected promptly by members once a table has been created on the system.
– Members and their guest(s) should be present when their table number is displayed to avoid missing their turn.
– The KOD will ensure the queue is in order.
– After each song, the KOD will announce the next table in line by displaying its number and song title.
– Anyone can make new song requests on the KOD while singing is in progress.
– Only songs in the KOD system will be played. Songs from CDs brought in by Members or Guests will be allowed due to copyright laws.
– Management reserves the rights to amend any Rules & Regulations at any given time without prior notice.

KTV Rooms Guidelines

A) Hourly Room Charges (For KTV Rooms 1 & 2 – maximum capacity of 10pax)
Sunday to Thursdays & Public Holidays: $30 per hour
Friday, Saturday & Eve of Public Holidays: $40 per hour

B) Member Entry Fee
– Advance booking is allowed up to 1 week from booking.
– Maximum booking duration is 2 hours.
– There will be a 1/2 hour period for room cleaning and disinfection after each booking.

C) Cancellation Charges
– 48 hours or more advance notice: No charge
– 24 to 48 hours advance notice: 50% penalty fee of the total booking
– Less than 24 hours: 75% penalty fee of the total booking
– No notice: 100% penalty fee of the total booking.
