Dear SGCC Members,

This notice serves to inform you that the High Court’s Judgment for Suit No. 194 of 2019, to which the Club is named as a Third Party in the Suit, has now been released on 30th December 2020.

In essence, all of Mr Terence Fernandez’s claims against Ms Genevieve Lim Shao Ying and Mr Goh Juak Kin have been dismissed by the Honourable Justice Valerie Thean.

The General Committee would now consider what has been stated by the Honourable Judge in the said Judgment, and thereafter to consider what may be the appropriate steps to take hereafter to protect the Club’s interests going forward.
