** Clause 32.1 of the Club Constitution: Only Founder Members, Life Members, Ordinary Members and, subject to Clause 11.3, nominees of Corporate Members shall have the right to vote at any General Meeting of the Club. At all General Meetings, the Chairman shall have a casting vote.
