Instructor

Ashley Tay is a certified strength coach on Strength and Fitness with the National Council, and an Active Ageing Movement coach. She is also qualified in first aid and AED. Ashley specialises in Sport and Exercise Science as well as Nutrition and Health Promotion.

Things to note:

  • There will be additional charges if there are 5 weeks / lessons in a month
  • Members who wish to discontinue their lessons must inform the Club in writing; giving one month’s advanced notice
