Aikido

Igniting passion, teamwork and sporting excellence

The Club offers Aikido lessons for adults and children, which are great opportunities for parents and kids to bond and pick up new skills at the same time.

Aikido is a comprehensive martial art and educational practice that promotes self-discipline, respect, and humility, instilling a sense of responsibility for actions both on and off the mat. It emphasizes blending with an opponent’s energy and using their momentum against them. The lessons are suitable for students across all levels of Aikido expertise.
