Exercise to hot music and cool, choreographed moves at our Aerobics Studio. Take your pick from our various classes to help you keep fit and trim!

ABTsoluteSCULPT

ABTsoluteSCULPT is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class that also focuses on toning the lower body (hips, thighs and abdominals). Note that participants are required to purchase a small pair of cotton hand towels or gliding discs.

DynamicSCULPT

DynamicSCULPT focuses on rehabilitative (increasing range of motion) and controlled “time under tension” strength-building movements using instructor-approved resistance and loop bands, which participants are required to purchase.

Street Jazz

Street Jazz mixes old jazz dance styles with elements of what is happening in the dance world today. Despite the use of old-school jazz music, these moves will make you feel young again. And because the moves require lines and a strong physique, they can help you to keep fit.

PowerStretch® by Derrick Ee

Look forward to fluid moves and deep stretching of major core muscles, inspired by the warm-up routines of professional contemporary dancers.

Cardio Lab

This class is all about intensity. The perfect combination of cardio intervals & muscle-specific toning will vary your heart rate for max results. It will create a calorie burn that lasts all day.

KPop Dance

This beginner dance class is based on popular K-pop tunes. Simple dance choreography will be taught each week to a K-pop song. Suitable for all with no dance background

Instructors

POWERSTRETCH® BY DERRICK EE | Derrick Ee – The Aerobics Instructor of the Club since 2000. He is a multi-disciplined, talented dancer, choreographer, dance and fitness instructor with over 2 decades of experience.

ABTsoluteSCULPT/DynamicSCULPT | James Shaw – James has been in the fitness industry since 1982, teaching group exercises as well as personal training. He has taught in various countries including Singapore, Thailand and the USA.

STREET JAZZ/KPOP DANCE | Clare Tay has more than 20 years of experience as a dancer, instructor and choreographer. While she has received training in contemporary dance, jazz, ballet, hip hop and street jazz, she is still actively attending workshops and classes both here and overseas.

CARDIO LAB | Shirley Tan has been passionately involved in group exercise classes for more than 2 decades. She enjoys teaching and interacting with her students. She loves the joy and positive energy created during the class camaraderie. She also enjoys teaching Athletic Conditioning, HIIT, Cardio Strength, Fusion Mobility and Total Body Conditioning.


Things to note:
Members who wish to discontinue their lessons must inform the Sports & Recreation Department in writing, giving one month’s advanced notice
