Hate feeling all hot and sticky while exercising? No sweat! Work out in the water with our instructor, who will share with you the benefits of aquatic exercise and therapy. With a “wet belt” that serves to keep you afloat while you run, walk, twist or bend in the water, this unique training technique allows your body to exercise in a zero-impact environment. Suitable for people of all fitness levels, Cool Water Workout is the coolest way to keep fit!

Pamela Sahai is a qualified principal trainer in Deep Water Workout. She is also a personal trainer and aerobic instructor. Pamela holds a Physical Fitness Specialist Certificate majoring in Aerobics Dancing, Professional Certificate in Deep Water Workout from Columbia Southern University, Health & Nutrition Certificate from Infinity 2 Success Institute of Singapore  and Life Saving Certificates Level 1, 2 and 3. She has been in the fitness industry for the past 23 years and has taught aerobics, aqua aerobics and presently Deep Water Workout in country clubs, schools, private organisations and condominiums.

Things to note:

  • Eligibility: Male and female (16 years old and above)
  • First-time participants must commit to a minimum of 2 months
  • Fee not inclusive of personal wet belt which must be purchased for the class
  • Members who wish to discontinue their lessons must inform the Sports & Recreation Department in writing, giving one month’s advanced notice
